1. i did work on music a bit. but i didnt have one solid session where i sat down and worked at it for a couple of hours. im hoping to do that next week.
  2. i did not write at all. ill be honest im really not feeling writing screenplays right now. i will probably just drop it currently and go back to it at a later date. the fact that i do think about writing sometimes doesnt really mean anything. it just means i will certainly go back to it one day. but i have no desire to write currently.
  3. i did not watch a film this week. i am planning though on seeing Linda, Linda, Linda on Sunday so that covers it for next week. i do want to try watching an actual film once a week.
  4. i did not listen to a new album either this week. i do want to try doing this though.
  5. i did watch 2 episodes of dennou coil. i wont lie i was totally hooked. its great. i definitely want to watch more anime next week for sure.
  6. i started sputnick sweetheart finally. its great. i definitely want to keep going.
  7. i didnt go to the gym too much this week. i will obviously keep going. i had some personal stuff come up that i legit couldnt move. ill make sure this time to be consistent this week.
  8. i also did not game. i do miss it and i desire to game this week if i can.

i also only lost .5 pounds form 186.2 to 185.7 in 1 week. realistically, this is actually pretty good. but id like to lose a pound a week. goal for next week friday is 184.7. my main goal is still to get to 179.2. then i want to decide what sort of weight i want to be at. ranging from probably 158-171. id mainly like to just get to a weight where bodyweight exercises like pull-ups aren’t too difficult as loosing weight is far easier than gaining the muscle needed to lift my current weight. so whenever i am able to actually do pull-ups within the weight range of 158-171 ill probably just stop there.
